BioCityfit! – Challenge in May

Especially in today's tense times, it is important to free your body and mind from everyday stress and work and at the same time do something good for yourself. What better way than with exercise in the fresh air and a Challenge of the companies and institutes here at the BioCityCampus around the Alte Messe Leipzig?

This is exactly why we have this together with our cooperation partners "your running school" and the Techniker Krankenkasse Movement project #biocityfit! brought to life. The aim is to keep moving in times of home office and short-time work, to create a balance and to get your blood pumping.

From the May 01, 2021 to May 31, 2021 It's about getting out there and moving as often and as far as you can. They can Running, walking and cycling activities until May 31, 2021 at 23:59 be completed and then everyone enters their daily result on the platform. The following categories are taken into account:

  • Longest total distance
  • Longest average total distance (total distance divided by number of participants)
  • Ratio of the number of employees in the company to the number of participants
