BioCityfit! – Our current online offers for company health management

The Corona-related lockdown will unfortunately accompany us for a few more weeks. For this reason, there will be no health day with face-to-face offers in BIO CITY LEIPZIG this year either.

In cooperation with TK-Techniker Krankenkasse and its partner, GiB-Gesundheit in Bewegungs GmbH, we have put together the first online offers as part of company health management (use regardless of whether you belong to TK). This makes it possible for you to keep an eye on your health, especially when you are working from home.

  • 23.03.2021 / 09:00 - 16:00 online back coaching with the aim of sustainably promoting health-conscious physical activity
    time required 30 min
  • 25.03.2021 / 09:00 - 16:00 online posture diagnostics while sitting with the aim of understanding the ergonomic possibilities of your workplace and counteracting overload in the long term
    time required 20 min
  • 27.04.2021 / 09:00 - 16:00 online sleep radar with the aim of recognizing and optimizing the influencing factors of sleep health and the ability to regenerate

The offer is available free of charge to all tenants of BIO CITY LEIPZIG and the partners on the BioCity Campus. Prior registration is necessary as places are limited. If you are interested, please contact your employer's secretariat/assistant, who can send you the registration links.
